I was introduced to Sam by a friend of mine who recommended him. I asked him to quote on the replacement of all of my sash windows in a Victorian period semi in Kingston. It encompassed 9 windows - 2 being placement. Anyone with a Victorian house will know nothing is easy in these houses - wonky walls, no right angles, crumbling corners and masonry. I received other quotations and whilst SMH was not the cheapest, I was so impressed with the care and attention of the quotation and Sam's advice. The work was carried out as specified over 5 days by a 3 man team and I was thrilled.
